I have taken a postpaid airtel connection three months ago. I have contacted airtel's 121 help line numerous times as I need to see my "detailed bill" in their website before I make my payments every month. They have not taken any constructive action to protect my rights to know what exactly am I paying for when they send me their consolidated bills month after month. Its been three months so far and I still have not been able to log-in to their website as its continuously down! They have also informed me that details of my usage will be there in their website only for the previous three months. That means that my call details will be deleted even without my ever seeing it...

I suspect they are overcharging me. Moreover, they are not providing any details-so I am not able to verify. They are also forcing me to make payments failing with they either opt to cut the mobile service, or charge additional late fee or simply speak rudely and pass on the buck to another dept!

I am now fed up with the kind of paltry service airtel is providing. Its shameful that they take money with absolutely no accountability. I would like to take this up with Consumer Protection Court-but I need to know how exactly I should proceed. Kindly suggest the way forward.
