Connectivity very haphazad with in Chennai

I am owning Air Tel mobile for last seven years- 98400 70069.

I find the connectivity very poor from my office premises - Jade towers, first floor - my own business office CacGanpathy.at 24 Balfour Road Kellys, Chennai 600010.

My several complaints not satisfactorily attended for over four o years now. Records with Airtel Chennai office during period Mr. Krishnan was regional head.

Now after much frustuation, I have gone for second line with Vodfone 988404 6069, and the connectivity is excelent from my office. Even while in Bangalore are in Chennai, find Connectivity tardy from several spots. All others - BSNL, for eg work well from my office premises.
