Fake Billing

In my last invoice I was shocked to see some 4 ISD call charges worth Rs. 633.60.One call was for even 1 hr. All these numbers take you to some IVR in Austria.

Since activation of my number 9970155052 in Feb I have never opted for ISD services. Only God and Airtel knows when it got auto activated and even auto calling started???

I paid the bill minus these ISD charges. I have written and spoken to Airtel but they are playing the tape that I have called so I have to pay. When asked for proof of my calls if at all I have done; they cannot do anything?

Now I am getting SMS's that either I pay or services would be discontinued. After 8 years of association and championing Airtel this is what was in store.

Airtel customer care is as usual a piece of shit. CAn anybody suggest a way of settling scores with Airtel now that I have decided to move away to some other service provider.

Obviously never will I pay those fake ISD charges.
