Deduction of call charges not made by me

Dear sir

my name is ratan kumar singh.i m using the airtel no.9960120311 since last two years.on date 0 8/08 at 5:57pm air tel deducted Rs 37 and in the same night thy deducted Rs9.20 two times.i inquired about it and ask custumer care they told me that 'u have made international calls'.but i confidently say that i have not used my mobile after 2pm nor i have given to any one to use.i also asked the number on which calls have been made but they did not provide .and they r not entertaining my calls.may b some can hack my sim or airtel customer care using my number.u r requested to consider my cmplain. regards ratan k singh
