Why do the Airtel Mobile services for Delhi subscribers but in Bahadurgarh region (NCR region of Haryana just touching Delhi border) are on Roaming???

For exactly similiar services in the NCR region other areas of Hayana like Gurgaon, Faridabad & even in Ghaziabad (UP) the Mobile services for Delhi subscribers are NOT on roaming.

WHY this discrimination??

I am a Delhi resident but working in Bahadurgarh & have been paying Roaming charges, which is highly unfair.
