I lost my mobile bearing No.9967020663 in one month bank I have made a complaint through phone for blocking of numbers. The concerned officials were noted the message and informed that the blocking is effective after four hours. Subsdequently, today we made a call to the cell it is functioning. Hence it is observed that you have not blocked the mobile. 198 compalints department also directed me to visit nearby aritel office as there is no system of blocking through phone. As the vital services are not being provided by Airtel where as this facility is available with other cell, we wanted to shift to another service provider. In this I wanted to settle my bill upto 02.09.08 only any extra charges was not paid by me as this is at the fault of the company
