Inability to unsuscribe Yahoo Zone

My aitel prepaid no is 9845522318 (Karnataka). I am uable to unsubscribe yahoo Zone subscription. The customer care of airtel is not helpful. Every month I am being charged for this service even though I do not use/ want to use it. pl help.
