AIRTEL WAP CHARGES TAKING REGULARLY FROM MOBILE NO.9810234340

Dear Sir,

Ref: MOB NO. 9810234340

The above mobile number is of my husband's. Regret to mention that for the last several months an amount or Rs.20/- or Rs.10/- is being deducted continuously from this mobile towards

"AIRTEL WAP CHARGES". We really don't know what charge is this and why this is deducting from this mobile continuously!

After complaining to the authorities, they will return the sum

and after two three days again they will deduct this and the

same process is still continuing! As a prepaid connection, now a

days we are afraid to re-charge with more than Rs.50/-!

We have been complaining about this to the Executives and Sr.

Executives continuously for the last four months. You can

understand about this if you check your complaints book.

We can also provide the complaint numbers and the dates /

names of contact personnel to whom we have complained.

We have been requesting your customer service people to

look into this time and again. But no action has been taken from

your end till the date.

Sorry to mention that AIRTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE is providing

very poor service to its customers!

Request you to PLEASE look into this and take necessary action

for not deducting this amount every month. I have been using this number for several years, hence I am not in a position to change

this number.

If we did not get a suitable reply / a permanent solution, we have

left with no other choice than complaining / file a case against this before the Consumer Court.
