Hello Sir/Madam,

Good Morning

I am airtel prepaid customer (9179841612), On 27/07 at 01:45pm I got a call regarding astrology service, I cut it immediatly &- very next minute Rs 30 deducted from my account. I complaint it to coustomer care, and even I unsubscribe this service but money was not return to my account. If any customer not get any service then how can you cut amount from his account. I am a meida person (Zee News, Raipur) I will go to consumer court. My complaint is that If any customer is not interested, without his consent why company provide service like that &&&&&-- This matter should be solved otherwise &&&--
