I have one Airtel Post paid mobile connection, I pay the bill for the same regularly. For the month of November I have paid the bill within due date by cheque as earlier practice and the cheque was cleared from the bank within due date.

But the service provider is telling that my cheque was returned due to insufficient fund, which not possible according to my bank statement. I have sent them my bank statement via fax and shown the original at their relationship center several times.

They are barring my outgoing calls frequently, and also sending SMS, making calls for the payment which is already made. It is already more than two weeks but no satisfactory steps are taken by the service provider. I am very much disturbed by this.
