Airtel mobile connection
Do not Disturb Service

Sir,

I have an airtel mobile post paid connection for almost 2 yrs. I had registered for DND service in May with airtel. But I still recive these unwanted calls from variious companies like banks, insurance, travel agencies etc etc. Inspite of 3 reminders to airtel they have still not been able to solve my problem, the executives promise each time hat within next 24hrs these calls would stop but they have been unsuccessful in doing so. And now they expect me to give them phone numbers of the callers... Isnt it their responsibility to make sure that the DND service is implemented? How can they expect the customer to keep record of every call on the phone? We have other things to do other than doing their job for them... Their customer service is pathetic.
