Airtel Mobile Internet Service
Undue deduction of balance from prepaid mobile account

I have an Airtel Prepaid mobile connection (9903029231) and have been availing internet facility through my phone through 'Mobile Office'. I recharged my phone on 20.9.09 at 7.14 p.m. with RC498 (TransID 438578099). As per terms of this Recharge Coupon costing Rs. 498.00, I'm supposed to get absolutely free unlimited surfing & downloading service from Airtel for one month, i.e., upto 20.10.09. But since the evening of 28.9.09 and till this moment (30.9.09 at 10.30 a.m.), they have been deducting balance from my main account whenever I'm surfing/downloading. I have tried to contact Airtel's Customer Service by calling @ 121/12118, but they didn't bother to receive my call. I've intimated the problem to them via e-mail @ 121@airtelindia.com and @ nodalofficer.wb@airtel.in but did not get any solution apart from an acknowledgement mail.
