Change of Prepaid plan without giving any notification

Dear Sir,

My Mobile No 9945267357

Complaint is regarding change of my prepaid plan to life time without giving any intimation from 20/07/09 and when questioned to customer care they did not mind to give a correct information regarding the issue 4 employees 4 different answers and when contacted to seniors they told it will be sort outed in hours and it didnt happen. when contacted they gave me again a different complaint Reg NO and a time...

I dont think Airtel Customer care are serious about solving the problem. i hope i would get some help from your end in sorting the problem at the earliest.
