Ever since i left using BSNL 3 yera sback i am using airtel and now i hold two numbers one is post paid blackberry and other one is an pre paid number 9004109699 which is issued from mumbai, my work is such that i always shuttle between mumbai & varanasi... thats why i need two numbers to avoid roaming.now when ever i land here in varanasi or in mumbai airtel immediatly send sms

welcome to mumbai, wish you have a pleasant stay in mumbai or in Varanasi... for any assistance please call toll free 121... now when u really need assistance and call 121 they say that sorry sir since your number is from varanasi i cant help you here (mumbai) or vice versa.

today i was n need of help from airtel and called up at 121 (from my number (09004109699) one call center boy (sandip) replied that sorry sir since your number is

from mumbai i cant help you... is this reply?

i will stop using airtel from tomorrow and will surrender my blackberry postpaid number whose bill is no where less than Rs 3500 PM .i told that Mr sandip that the way u are talkign will actually loose the customer and he said that no problem go ahead.

now is there any body from airtel who can tell me that why i should continue using same company when there are so many options.

so airtel should clearly say that this number for making you fool and actually we are not going to help you.
