Dear Sir,

We have toll free numbers 18001801801 and 18001801802 and the numbers are being used as a Helpline for the Saathiya Program, Providing Reproductive Health advice and Family Planning Counseling.

It is regretted that despite the above two numbers being Toll free, an Airtel subscriber (Mobile telephone & PCOs) who calls on either of the above numbers, is being charged. We have made several comlaint in this regard to BSNL and Airtel, but with no result.

Kindly redress our grievance by the ensuring that these numbers are toll free from Airtel telephone lines as well.
