Change the plan without information and deduct the ammount and they are not responding

Dear sir

I am very sorry to you say that I have taken the Airtel mobile connection

and my no is 9611232447. I have some problems these are

(A). When I was taking the new connection, there were two schemes for pre

paid, and these are given below:-

After knowing these plans, I had taken 398 plan because I will get local

call Rs.0.50 per minute and STD would be Rs. 1.00 per minute after recharge

with Rs. 34.

I got the same facility for starting two month only. Than after they are

deducting Rs 1.00 per for STD & Local. When I contact to you customer care,

I came to know that you have change the plan.

(B). I have recharged my mobile with Easy recharge of Rs. 200 and I got

full talk time vide transaction id 5464557 dated 21-02.than after

after I was able to make call and It was deducted Rs. 3.00 and after that

my mobile balance was Rs. 197. In night I use dialup for internet without

sending MO sms and I got internet connected. I had just surf the internet

for 15-20 minutes I got the sms my mobile balance is only Rs. 0.27 only.

Than after I contact to your customer care on GPRS Toll Free no i.e 12118,

that person was unable to reply me as why the amount has been deducted. He

told me that, as earlier MO sms was required, now Airtel has change the

plan and the subscriber directly use the internet without sending the sms

and company will deduct the amount.. As earlier it was not happening same,

it was asking to subscribe the data first before using the internet.

So my question is

1) What is the difference between 398 and 298 plan?

2) Why the company change the plan without informing the customer and

started the deducting the amount?

3) Why the company not informed to subscriber if you are changing the

plan as you are very much punctual to sending sms for marketing and

business promotional sms?

4) Is it right to company that whatever they will want, they will

apply to subscriber even without informing them?

5) Is it not unethical practice to generate the income?

6) Why your customer care executives are misguide the customer about

plan and false information like I will receive the call or at least sms

from your side against my problems resolving?

Please resolve my problem and let me know why it happened so.
