Air Tel / Mobile Phone Connection
Voilation of Do Not Disturbe facility

I had activated DND (Do Not Disturbe) facility on my my Air Tel Mobile connection 9818668496 around 1 Year back to avoid Tele Marketing Calls.

During past 1 year, I faced 5~6 times DND Voilation from Air Tel. Every Time I made complaint with Air Tel Customer Care & I was promised not to face such issues in future.

Around 1 month back I again make complaint against DND Voilation. Today (22 Sep'09) again I received one Tele Marketing call from "Kotek Mahindra, Phone No. 09650791469 at 3:36 P.M. & that Madam was known to my Mobile No. & Name. I confirmed that in her list DND was not mentioned.

As per TRAI rules, Telecom Service Providers can not float Mobile Nos of users to Tele Marketing Companies, who has activated DND Facility.

Kindly register my complaint against Air Tel & update me appropriate action.
