Extra service activated and Excess bill

Dear Consumer Court.

i have two complaint -

1- First without my permission Airtel Activate so many Extra service like-Jumaani Zodiac service, Yzone Miscellaneous ETC for which they are taking high charge. also i used to get daily message regarding service these type of message disturb me during my work.

2- Another Complaint excess charge of STD and Local calls, every month they are sending bill more than 4000 rs/- . i am using the same number last 2 years. previously billing was ok but last few moths i.e six month, they are taking high charge and sending excess bill. even i mail to customer care they are not taking action regarding this.

please help me out.
