Unauthorised calls charges

I am very disappointed with the kind of services Airtel are providing. I talked to a lot of people in your customer care centre, but each time I am getting no solution talks.

My complaints are:

1. firstly in my december month bill due dated 31.12.2007 in this bill so many number of calls charged approx. Rs. 55 in my bill due to connectivity problems. these calls are 1, 2, 3 seconds and some calls are 20 seconds in contunuation.

2. secondly i was paying through MCHEK. so i was received free local messages. i was send 31 local messages. i saw january month bill due date 31-01 charged rs. 31 of local messages.

So, i am really fedup from Airtel at these time due to inconvience of billing matters.
