I am holding a pre paid mobile connection of Airtel. my Mobile no is 9748976518. however from the very begining when i got this connection i am receiveing lot of pre recorded promotinal calls from the airtel. the frequency and timing of these calls are torturous and harrasing to us. i called the customer care on 28/05/08 hoever they expressed ther inability to stop the calls before expiry of 45 days after receiving he complaints from consumer citing some TRAI rules. i am ammused which TRAI rule allow smobile operator to keep making unsolicited calls to consumers for 45 days even after the complaints received from the consume
