Airtel mobile prepaid connection
Sim registration failed

I have taken a new Airtel connection, prepaid, in the month of february from Hajipur Bihar. After seven days all outgoing and incoming calls were barred after a month Sim registration also failed, when enquired i was asked to resubmit my id proof which i have done and it was told that it 'll reactivate within 10 days .however till today the 6th of april nothing has been done...
