Life Time Connection dissconncted

I have brought a pre paid mobile number 91-9958302773 (Delhi-NCR) Life time connection from Airtel September in schemed name 499/- I am regularly using this number and maintain as per code conducted by. In 28th February I had recharged with 200/- but this connection was disconnected by them on 28 March. I have logged complained three time with customer care at 16th March, 19th march and 27th march as well but not proper feedback now they are saying this connection is not for under scheme Life Time.

I have bill of connection where I had brought this connection and SIM card envelope that wrote LIFE TIME Scheme. I also have reference number that I had logged with customer care.
