Unneccessary calls for caller tunes

On 30.9.08 I had put in a DND request. However, I still keep receiving calls particularly from 91980914359 for caller tunes. The mobile has been purchased by me ONLY FOR EMERGENCY FAMILY purpose. I am not interested in caller tunes. Request pls stop this forthwith, failing which I shall be contrained to lodge a police complaint. It might be in place to inform you that whilst rushing to pick the call (abv no.) just to hear the msg for caller tunes, I have sprained by foot. Promo and schemes may b sent via SMS. Thank you.
