Cheating With Customers

Dear Sir,

I m an resident of Mumbai City. I m using airtel prepaid number from last 6 years. Actually I have some problem with this prepaid service is that from last 15 days I m receiving a msg daily on my number related airtel live service that you have been charged for Rs. 10/- by using our airtel live service. I complaint also to airtel customer care executive that, "I have not subscribed for any service pls deactivate it and return my balance then they said that it is our technical problem and you got your money in next 24 hours and the service will be deactivate... we are forwarding your complaint." But no action has been taken by them and daily they charging me for this service... kindly help.
