Dear sir
I am using airtel postpaid mobile (9937092956) since last 2.5 years. But during the last 6 to 8 months i am facing lot of problems by the company e.g. call drop, customer care service, value added service active & deactive, late fee, wrong information, & over charges.
In the issue i have talk with their representative of chandigargh but am not getting a sattisfeid reply . i have given mail to them in the matter of last bill over charge on 23rd & 25th april-09 but still i am not getting any reply.
Kindly look in to the matter
