Convert postpaid to prepaid

We convert my mobile connection postpaid to prepaid. airtel excutive tell me that your sim activating time is 24 hour. but my sim is activate after 30 hour's my sim get airtel signle but incoming and outgoing facilty was bard. when i contect airtel customer care centre through 121 they tell me that your farmelities is not submit so your incominng and out going facility is bard. they request me for submiting farmelities but i told him that i was submit farmelities yesterday. then they me and again contact air tel customer sarvice centre. i am going to customer care centre and they told me again that your facility are activate after 2 hour but after 8 hours til right now my in and out going facility does not activate. airtel customer sarvice centre excutive are talk his customer just like as hitler.my no. is 9993232169
