A/c got debited twice without any type of subcription

my name is shalini..no.9867686008
before 10 days the co. deducted 10 Rs. from my account for hello tune activation. the hight is that i did not activated any song as my hello-tune.so i called in customer care to tell them about this. the gue replied that it happened wrongly we will credit your account and he did the same within 10/15 minutes.
now again after that co. deducted Rs.30 from my account as renewation charges for the hello tune i actvated.so i callled in customer care executive and had a talk with mr.ganesh on this issue.
he is saying that he will not credit my account as i have activated that hello tune & cut my call.
after that he blocked my number so that i m not able to contact any other customer care executive.
can anybody help me in this regard?
