Billing issues pertaining for long with no cooperation from Airtel

Hi,
I am using Airtel mobile connection for my number 9663304518 since 11th of April with lots of dissatisfaction and pain. Ever since I got the service activated i.e. on 11th April I am not able to call 121 from my mobile to speak to a customer service executive. Every time I have a borrow mobile from some one to call 121 and then explain my problem.
The worst part was I have selected the paper free billing system where in I am suppose to receive my bills to my e-mail address. However Airtel was not able to send me any bill till the end of June, every time I call and a new complain number is given to me with a promise that it will be resolved. But before I have received my bill after numerous complaints, my out going calls were also blocked five times in the month of June. Every time I have to call customer service with my colleagues mobile and request them to activate my calls and explain the reason for not paying the bill. How would I pay an amount without looking into my bill was not understood by any one in Airtel? I spoke to numerous advisor and floor manager for the issue, but it all went in vain. Finally I have decided to pay my whole bill for three months which was Rs.2595.16 without looking into my bill to get my service activated. Then on 30th evening I received a duplicate paper copy of the bill. However this was not the end of my problem, I started receiving calls from Airtel collection to pay Rs.394.06 which was a balance from my old account. I had no clue where and when was that old account being created as I had one number from 11th April. After calling 121 with my friends mobile I was able to understand that this was a prorated bill as Airtel has by mistake activated my service with a wrong plan, they changed after 10 odd days which was not informed to me what so ever. I paid that Rs.394.06 that too without the bill. So, that I can use my phone without any barring and hassle.
Irony of my faith with Airtel and my patience was tried again; the same problem of me not receiving the bill was persistent even in the current month. I called again to get the bill and got lots of false promises and fake commitments of 4days, 7days, and so on. But finally I received my bill sent to my e-mail address. In the bill it was clearly mentioned that the due date is 21st July’09. So I was not pondering on paying it on the same day (i.e. 16th July). However Airtel has decided to harass me and will not stop doing it, they called me on 18th July, to remind me of exceeding my credit limit of Rs.1800 by another Rs.400 odd amount. I immediately paid Rs.500 from my bank account and decided to pay the whole bill of Rs.1469.00 on 21st July. However Airtel has got a different perception of their customer because they decided to put me in mental trauma again by barring my services on 21st morning.
As a frustrated customer from the last 4months, I had lost whole faith and decided to cancel the account with Airtel and close it for once and for all. I went to the relationship center at 100Ft road, Indiranagar, Bangalore-38. I was asked to pay Rs.1000 which was the balance on my account to get the service activated. I did it at-once at 10am on 21st July. But my service was not activated even till the time I am filling this complain i.e. 7pm on 21st July. I have tried to call numerous times to the customer service number and was helplessly being disconnected every time. I am frustrated and to be honest not able to focus on any thing at my work and am mentally disturb because of the urgent calls that I was not able to make as an STD to my parents. I am here by claiming that I have lost my mental composer and any sense of understanding because of the traumatic situation created by Airtel over the past 4months.
I would request you to kindly help me to sue Airtel because I have lost my social and civic composer and also lost contacts with my parents who were above 70years of age staying back at home in Assam.
Please help me to get the compensation done from Airtel for the time I have wasted and also the pain which caused me a mental trauma.
