Unnecessary deduction

I am user of Airtel Mobile service through Mobile # 9908816832

from my mobile balance several times unnecessary deductions are happening by gclub. I complaint 3 times and received 2 calls from customer service and they promised me that in future there will be no deduction. But today againt it happened they deducted 20 rupees and inform me that enjoy with gclub and download games. I do not want this services. When I tried to send back message it is not accepting, It is very big head ache for me. This is my final complaint, immediately stop this type of deductions, otherwise I have no option to stop using Airtel service and also advise my friends to stop using Airtel service.
