Non receipt of bill

Sir,
I would like to inform you that few days back I requested customer care to send my monthly bill through my email. This was acknowledged by the customer care and they sent me a confirmation mail saying that my paper bill has been discontinued and my bills will be sent through my email address which is "sewaleeb@rediffmail.com". But till date I have not received any bill. My mobile no. is 9954486021 at Duliajan, Assam.
I therefore, request you to look in to the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
