good morning, i am manoj 9996004940.
on date 30/10 i was comming to ur air tel office at sonipat (Haryana) to change my airtel connection from postpaid to prepaid same time i was submitted bill of that month, filled enrloment form, photograph &address proff was given.
also purchace the rechargerg coupan on same date
from dt 02/11 my connection is disconnected
presently outgoing is stopped, i was personly going to ur office 10 times & contacted by phone 10-15 times all ur representative said that connection is started today (same answer every day with no response)
yesterday i was again contacted to mr navin
but still my problemis as it is (out going stopped)
i think that 18 days is enough for connection change
pleasae take needfull action & start that connection
i am waiting for ur response
