ISD CALLING CARD

This is to bring in the information that I make daily calls to phillipines with my mb no 9971166071 which comes under south east Asia country, before buying the card I had enquired with the customer care depptt and I was told that phillipines comes under south east Asia country and under band 2..it means normally the call rates which are Rs.9/19 drops down to Rs.3/99 per min... After confirming with Airtel I bought that card on 23 december and after proper activation made my first call..I was shocked to see that I was being charged Rs.8/50 per min as compared to Rs.3/99..I wish to draw your kind attention that even on website of Airtel its clearly mentioned that south east Asia counties is in their list..when i approached the appellate authroity first I was told by some Ms. Seema Malik that phillipines does not come in south east Asia country ..when I proved to her that it does comes in it then she sent me a mail on 05/1 that phillipines does not come under their corridor ..what a joke?? they are writing in their website if u call customer care its been mentioned over there also the countries name..I fail to understand why i was deprived of this services..I would like to Airtel top notch officers to look into this issue on top priority basis and tell me the truth... if phillipines does not come in their band 2 then why everywhere its mentioned on their website... vivek rawat
