My Plan is Freedom CUG or rental Rs.349. I have free calls to all the numbers belonging to the CUG. Also 500 mins to any GSM mobile free every month. I am being charged for the CUG numbers as well as for the GSM numbers which are supposed to be free. I have sent so many complaint mails to the Airtel at 121@airtel.in but nobody has tried to solve my issue. Please get this resolved as it has been since 4 months I am paying for the services that are free for me.
