Activation of various packs and deduction of prepaid balnce

My mobile number is 9004062270 and i am prepaid sim holder of airtel.my problem is time and again some or the other packs get activated on my number withouut my knowledge and confirmation and the amount is deducted from my balance and when i try to contact the executives they refuse to help and not courteous enough to credit the amount back. Further to add to the mental torture the block my facility to further talk to them.please help to solve my problem.
