Loss of balance

Hello :) Am Akshaya from chennai! Recently i applied airtel GPRS pack... after it got activated Rs 5 got debited from my account. Things were going smooth till today afternoon..after 3 : 00 pm even though i had activated my internet scheme ..Rs 30 got debited from my account! this is the 2nd time! I even called the customer care and informed them about this..but they took no care of this issue! I would be happy if some authority checks this issue and credit Rs 30 into my account and also activate my GPRS pack.
