Airtel Mobile SIM card
Not activated after address verification and deny to refund

I have purchased airtel sim card from technoshop airtel relationship center at sector 8 airoli, navi mumbai in january month. after that person came from airtel for address verification and done the same. after that my sim card get started only for incoming call and not outgoing. i called airtel support and they simply told me that they will rectify the problem. but after 8 days they discontinued my number. now from that day i visited airtel gallery and the shop frpm where i purchased many times. but still i dnt get activated my no or get refund. Pls reply...
