Rent not paid properly

Sir, i am the owner of cell site which is given to you on rental basis, No. BPR 009 at Bijapur Neelanagar, the rent is enhanced to Rs. 3080/- after completion of 3 years, but you have paid less rent during April for that i have written a letter to the Sridhar Sindhe of your company which you have given as authorised Signatory, but no response and not received enhanced rent so far and also the rent for the month of June to Aug.2009 is pending and for the said delay you have to pay interest please avoid such irregularity in future. Thanking you.
