I complainted for De-Activation of m.igfun.com Subscription.
Complainted dated:20/12 at nearly 10.30 am.
The customer care officer tell him it can be de-active 24/12/08.
After that i will call on 22/12/08 one officer can take my complaint, thas is daily Subcription Rs.10/-will be deducted my account (through 64611010 this number (http://m.igfun.com)), so please give me the refund. That officer Discuss about this matter he tell him with 1 or 2 hour's the amount will be credited your account. Ok I can also received that amount. After that 23/12/08 also charged Rs.10/- for m.igfun.com Subscription.
And i will call to customer care and rectified it. Then 24/12/08 again charged Rs.10/-for m.igfun.com Subscription. And I can call to Customer care one lady lift the phone i tell this matter, and she replyed him it cannot be refunded and de-activated also. She Suggest him please go that wesite and de-active. I tell her in that website there is no options for De-activation. She can't agree and she disconnect the phone. After 10 min's i can try again but it can't able to talk custumer care officer (Please send SMS to 121 my customer care officer can call you.).
After that i can take my freind moble to talk customer care officer, i will this details after that there is no reply the call will ended. I can also try again same problem.
How to rectify my problem?
