I did not get actual validity of power card

Sir, my mobile no. is 9831176436.i have actualy received a message from your customer care that plz recharge with Rs 96 and enjoy the reducing call rate which is A-A-: 0.3, AIRTEL TO OTHER MOBILE 0.75, Local Land Line Rs 1.0, and STD Rs 1.49 for 3 (three) months. But i get 1 months validity. I contect to your customer care but i did not get proper response from your customer care executive. What i will take further step?? Plese reply early. I m waiting for your reply.
