Connections problem

My office is located Andheri (w) besides Fame Adlabs, from past one week all the airtel users along with me are facing connection problems. We cant make outgoing calls, no incoming calls, nor outgoing sms... only thing works is incoming sms. I'm tird of this as cell is the lifeline of business today.
