Could not make calls from teh service provide

Dear Sir,

I 'm using AIrtel as my service provider.

and I couldnot make calls to my home town (Mothugudem, ANdhra pradesh) from the past two months.

When ever Im trying to call the number the service provider is saying that this number is not available.

but i could make the calls from other network providers like idea, mtnl etc..

In this reagard i have given a complaint to airtel customer care several times and still its not resolved.

yesterday again they have told me that they will resovle this in 48hours.

request you whehter you can solve my problem.
