Unsolicited messages from 290603

I have been receiving unsolicited value added messages from one particular no viz.290603 for the last 45 days or so. My mobile is registered in Mumbai and I am a resident of Mumbai. Presently, I am at Bangalore for personal work and will have to remain here for some more time. I approached the local airtel gallery at indiranagar, Bangalore to block this message but they are not helping me. I sent several e mails to 121@airtelindia.com as suggested by the local airtel office, Bangalore but that has not helped me either. I am at a loss to understand when this menace will stop. If you can do something to block the messages from this particular number, I shall be highly obliged.
