Pathetic network and bad consumer complaint handling

"Airtel - Express yourself" but am not able to connect to express. My no. 9967974127 does not get connected in my office & at my home where I spend 80% of my time. After complaining thrice every time Airtel closes the complaint without even having decency to call me and speak about the issue. They voluntarily on their own close the complaint stating, Handset issue, no network problem, customer not reachable or (just see this now) issue resolved.

Kindly consider this as a complaint on behalf of other 20 Airtel customers I know traumatized by Airtel.

Kindly initiate action and help to resolve.
