Close the connection but activate and used any one person

Myself Pradeep Kumar Panda, prevoiusly I was customer in air tel.my mobile no is -9898038722 but now I have close that connection before one year but after one year I had checked that no given to any one person, now this no is activate and which will cause me very problem because all my friends and customer having also that no and they also call in that no and they are misbehave with the current owner. So I want to know that how you can give that no to again .so I want the solution from your side because it will hamper my relationship. So as soon as possible you just solve this problem.
