RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,
I HAVE REGISTERED COMPLAINTS REGARDING VERY VERY WEAK SIGNALS OF AIRTEL NETWORK IN OUR HOME SITUATED AT GANDHI SQUARE, SADAR, NAGPUR .SIR, EVERYTIME MY COMPLAINT HAS BEEN FORWARDED BUT THERE IS NO RESULT.THE COMPANY CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE SAYS THAT THE SITE HAS BEEN UPDATED.I M COMLAINING TO THE COMPANY FROM LAST JANUARY . BUT THERE IS NO RESULT.
ACTUALLY MY THIS AIRTEL NUMBER HAS BEEN WIDESPREADED & I M NOT IN A POSITION TO SURRENDER IT DUE TO WIDESPREAD OF THE NUMBER.
THIRD ONE SAYS THAT THEY R SITTING ONLY FOR TRANSFER THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITIES & THEN THERE IS NO RESPONSIBILITY OF THEM.
SIR IF I M THE USER OF AIRTEL NETWORK THEN CAN I HAVE NO RIGHT TO HAVE THE FACILITIES OF FULL NETWORK?
SIR THE STATUS OF EVERY COMPLANT IS THAT "THERE IS SOME PROBLEM IN SOME OF THE BUILDINGS AND THE SITE HAS BEEN UPDATED NAND WE WILL TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM VERY SOON"
BUT THERE IS NO RESULT.
