Respected Sir I purchased a airtel cell no 9729006580in new celebration plan after paying advance rent of Rs 900/-from M/s. PNS TELECOM Karnal vide receipt no 5019 dt 4.08.08. The above said no was in working order till today i.e 28.08.08 at 10 a.M. After that it has been deactivated without any cause. I have submitted all correct papers and the connection was activated after confirming my address etc. Today i was with my parents and was in roaming towards punjab. U can imagine how much difficulty i met. I m a student in punjab college and i m far from my house. May i ask ur goodself why this connection has been deactivated after confirming all the formalities in detail. Which official is responsible for this and what action will be taken against him. And it is requested that my said cell connection be activated without any loss of time. Kamal Marwaha
