Negligence of handling custome

This is to inform that we at gammon cooling towers limited vasai road want some connections. we approached sanghvi infocomm for the above said the person came with incomplete information.

Then he promised to send other guy for same but he didnt came. Then we went to Airtel Relationship center which opening shortly at ambadi road vasai. There we met Mr. Kishore he promised to visit our office on 6/10/07 by 11' o'clock but he didnt came. we want to know that do we need something special to call airtel executive to our office. If ya pls tell us or take necessary action.
