Incoming problem

My airtel prepaid connection no. 9621900596 is responding switch off when people are calling to me. But outgoing in my cell is working normaly. I have not activated any call divert in my mobile. I have already told my porblem to ur 3 customer care repersentative, but they are not able to solve my problem & they are telling me different type of solutions. I am a bank employee and facing too much problem due to this.

Kindly help me as soon as possible.
