Airtel NOP Service
Not activated service as told

I have recharge rs.104/- for NOP service on 14 nov. at 11 o, clock, but still now i could not accessing this service, i had spoke to the customer care executive lots of time but they did not solve my problem. Initially they told me that the service will activate after 24hrs. But now the time is over but in vain, after that i again spoke to the C.C.executive, now they are telling me that the service will active after 48hrs. What is, this its really redicullous.
