Product Features changed without information

Hi,

I have been subscribing to the Airtel Online serivce @ Rs 99 pm for over 2 years now.

All these years i ve been able to access the net all sites Http & Https included. Suddenly my Gmail access stopped working on asking the customer care center they say that now the features of the servcie which I subscribed have changed and cannot access the https sites.

I beleive that Airtel should have atleast the decency to inform its existing users that the product features have changed and give an option to opt out / take a more informed decision
